Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing our website or engaging our consultation services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Interlink website (the "Site") and all consultation services provided by Interlink ("we," "us," "our," or "Interlink"), operated from Barcelona, Spain.

By accessing our Site, booking a consultation, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

  • Information about Spanish language schools and educational institutions
  • Orientation regarding documentation requirements
  • Assistance with understanding administrative procedures
  • Referrals to third-party service providers (schools, lawyers, insurers)
  • General relocation information and support

2.2 What We Are NOT

Interlink is NOT:

  • A government authority, consulate, or embassy
  • A law firm or provider of legal advice (unless explicitly contracted with a licensed lawyer through our network, which is a separate agreement)
  • An official representative of any consulate, immigration office, or educational institution

We do not make decisions regarding visa applications, residence permits, or any immigration status. All such decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities.

Unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with a licensed Spanish lawyer through our referral network, our services do not constitute legal advice.

The information we provide is general in nature and based on our experience and publicly available information. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal counsel.

Immigration laws and procedures change frequently. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee that all information is current at the time you receive it.

We strongly recommend that you verify all information independently with official sources (consulates, government websites, licensed attorneys) before making any decisions.
