Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our services and moving to Spain

About Our Services

What's included in your services?

Our Basic package (€300) includes visa consultation, document review, and application assistance. Premium (€700) adds full document preparation, consulate booking, and TIE support. Full Service (€1,200) includes legal representation, housing help, and 6 months support. See our services page for details.

What's your visa success rate?

98% of our clients get approved. The 2% who don't are usually due to factors outside our control (criminal record, health issues, or client not following our guidance). If rejection is our fault, we work free until approval or provide full refund.

Do I really need to hire you?

No! Our free guides cover everything you need to DIY. However, most clients hire us to save time, avoid mistakes, and reduce stress. Think of us as insurance - we catch errors before they cause rejections.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Full refund within 7 days if no work has started. After work begins, refunds are prorated based on services completed. See our terms for details.

Spain Student Visa

How long does visa processing take?

15-90 days depending on your country. EU countries: 15-30 days. Russia/Morocco: 60-90 days. China/India: 45-60 days. We recommend applying 3-4 months before your course starts.

How much money do I need to show?

€600-900 per month multiplied by your course duration. For a 9-month course: €5,400-8,100 minimum, plus tuition already paid. Money should show consistent balance over 3-6 months (no sudden deposits).

Can I work with a student visa?

Yes! Up to 30 hours/week with work authorization. You apply for this after arriving in Spain. Full-time work is allowed during holidays. Read our work guide for details.

What documents do I need?

School acceptance letter, financial proof, health insurance (€30,000 coverage), criminal record (apostilled), medical certificate, valid passport, application form, photos, and visa fee. See our complete guide for detailed checklist.

Can I travel to other EU countries?

Yes, once you get your TIE residence card in Spain, you can travel within Schengen area for up to 90 days per 180-day period.

Pricing & Payment

Why are you cheaper than other agencies?

Traditional agencies charge €1,500-3,000 because of office overhead, sales staff, and marketing costs. We keep costs low by operating online, focusing on referrals, and genuinely wanting to help students (our founder was a student too).

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! For Premium and Full Service packages: 50% upfront, 50% after visa approval. Basic package is paid in full upfront.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Absolutely! Pay only the difference. Many clients start with Basic to test our service, then upgrade to Premium.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, and credit/debit cards. We provide invoices for all payments.

Living in Spain

How much does it cost to live in Barcelona?

Budget €1,000-1,500/month total: Rent €400-800 (shared apartment), food €200-300, transport €40, utilities €50-100, phone €15-30. Read our cost of living guide for detailed breakdown.

Do I need to speak Spanish?

Not to get a visa, but basic Spanish helps a lot for daily life. Barcelona is bilingual (Spanish + Catalan), but you'll find many English speakers. We recommend learning Spanish once you arrive.

Is Barcelona safe for international students?

Yes! Barcelona is generally safe. Watch for pickpockets in tourist areas, but violent crime is rare. Student neighborhoods like Gràcia, Sants, and Poblenou are very safe.

Can I bring my family?

Yes, after 1 year of residence you can apply for family reunification for spouse and children. They'll receive residence cards too.
